Notice of Public Hearing

A Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Daily Journal of Commerce on February 25, 2019.  Please see below for the published information or click the link to view the notice in full.  

The Board of Directors of the Sherwood School District (SSD), as the Local Contract Review Board for the District, will hold a public hearing on March 13, 2019 at 7:00 pm at The Ridges Community Room at 21416 SW Copper Terrace, Sherwood, Oregon, 97140. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the District’s draft findings to exempt from competitive bidding, for the Existing Middle and Elementary School Transformation Project, and the Existing High School Transformation Project. The proposed findings would authorize construction by means of a construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC). The CM/GC Firms will be selected by competitive proposals prior to the preparation of the final construction documents.
